Hello Friends,
Our July edition of Top of the Morning is here, and we’re excited to share it with you!
Before you dive into this month's stories, recipes and farm wisdom, we'd love to invite you to one of our biggest community events of the year:
🌻 The Personal Growth & Wellness Fair – July 25th
Join us from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Hanai Center for a day of connection, inspiration, and discovery. Meet local wellness practitioners, holistic health providers, artists, makers and community builders who are helping make Central Oregon such a vibrant place to live. Admission is free and every attendee will be entered into our raffle for a special wellness-themed prize package. Whether you're looking to support local businesses, explore new wellness practices, or simply spend a meaningful day with your community, we hope you'll join us.
This month's feature story, "The Stories Served at the Table," is a heartfelt reflection on the recipes, heirlooms, and everyday traditions that connect generations. It's a gentle reminder that some of life's greatest treasures aren't found in special occasions, but in ordinary moments shared around the table with the people we love.
