Studies have shown that spending just 20 minutes outside in nature can significantly lower stress hormones and improve mood. Even more interesting? Children who spend regular time outdoors often show improved creativity, focus, confidence, and emotional well-being. 

Sometimes the best reset is simply fresh air, dirt under your fingernails, and room to wander.
