Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Items must be returned with any original packaging, if applicable.

• Proof of purchase is required.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Gift cards.

• Digital downloads (if applicable).

• Any items marked as final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sunnysideupbend.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
