Loaded Garden Pea Salad

This is a hearty, layered salad filled with fresh crunch, savory bacon, farm eggs, and a creamy, slightly sweet dressing that brings everything together beautifully. Ingredients

• 1 head iceberg lettuce
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 1 cup onion, chopped
• 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
• 1 package frozen peas
• 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped 
• 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• cubed cheddar cheese

Instructions

Layer ingredients in a large bowl in the order listed above.

Mix mayonnaise and sugar together, then spread evenly over the top.

Sprinkle generously with cubed cheddar cheese.

Cover and let set 12 to 18 hours (or overnight).

Before serving, mix well and enjoy.
