Mom keeps telling everyone that farm life is peaceful. I’d like to officially report that this is only partially true.

One of the greatest surprises at Sunnyside Up has been discovering just how many talented people live in our community.

If someone had asked me a year ago what Sunnyside Up was, I probably would have smiled and said, “It’s our little honor-system farmstand.” Today, my answer is a little different. 

Every walk around the farm reminds us that nature works on its own perfect timetable. 

Recently, something really special happened at Sunnyside Up Farm. Two young boys from the neighborhood came to spend time at the farm.

This is shared in honor of my late husband, Scott Jordan, on the two-year anniversary of his passing. His voice, his humor, his words, his ways, and his spirit continue to guide Sunnyside Up Farm and all of us who loved him. He’s a steady reminder to turn off the noise and get back to basics. 

We’ve had such a meaningful season of gathering including our Begin Within and Reset Your Nervous System workshops…and we’re still feeling the ripple effects.
